The Carillon will publish opinions, letters, stories, graphics, etc. and encourages readers to participate in the issues and ideas presented in these pages. The Carillon is published no fewer than eleven times each semester during the fall and winter semesters, by The Carillon Newspaper Incorporated - a non-profit corporation. The Carillon is a wholly autonomous organization with no affiliation with the University of Regina Students’ Union.
